We stayed in this unit in April 2014 for a lovely family vacation. The unit is well furnished with beautiful, comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen could use some serving platters and bowls but had just enough pots, pans, bakeware that we were able to put together wonderful family meals. The location was so convenient to the quiet pool, just down the stairs and close enough to the big pool that coming to and from for food or drinks was easy. The big pool has bathrooms so you could stay there all day if you choose. The pools and the hot tubs are clean and we never found it crowded even the week before Easter. There are plenty of chairs and some umbrellas by the pool.
Though there is a shuttle, we had an infant needing a car seat so we drove to the beach, parking by Doc Fords so we could rent umbrellas and chairs rather than bringing them (we could not access the storage unit with beach supplies that comes with unit, unclear as to where it was and tried the key in all units with no success). The rentals were big and comfy and about $15 per item for the day. Doc Fords is a bit crowded but for our group, the rentals, the access to food and drink, made it a good choice of beaches.
The unit is very close to a Publix grocery, a Walgreens drugstore, many restaurants, beaches, golf courses including Safari Mini golf, almost across the street. This unit offered enough space for our family even when we ate and hung out together. It was close enough to all activities. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will be back.
