Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes beyond your control, plans change. We are happy to refund all monies collected if cancellation is received in writing 60 or more days before date of occupancy.
Cancellations received less than 60 days: We will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, we will refund all monies received less $350.00 cancellation/re-processing fee.
As per our lease agreement, No Refunds will be made to tenant unless the unit is re-rented for the cancelled period and the owner is fully compensated.
