Sea Salt Cottage Vacation Rental Near Vanderbilt Beach

We had a most enjoyable month long stay at The Sea Salt Cottage. It was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like home. The new pool area was perfect especially when we had a family of 5 with us. Plenty of comfortable seating for all. Having the beach nearby was an added bonus for many sunsets. The owners were very responsive to all our needs, which was not much since the house was extremely maintained. Our small dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and walks in the neighborhood.

The cottage was everything we were looking for. The location is amazing, central to everything one could want. The home itself is tastefully furnished and has all the finishing touches needed for any length stay. The yard is pure perfection. We are looking forward to returning next season.

This is the second time we stayed at Sea Salt Cottage. We were pleasantly surprised with the addition of a pool and backyard landscaping. It was a nice treat to have our own little oasis!!! Ellie and Tim are great communicators who strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible. They exceeded our expectations again! Everything was great! We chose to return to Sea Salt Cottage because of its location (close to shopping, restaurants and beaches), its cleanliness and we really liked the open concept layout. It was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend Sea Salt Cottage. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!

The house is just as described! We came from out of state but the owners were great communicators and made the vacation seamless! We were not far from the beach but far enough to be away from crowds. We took the bicycles (included) to the beach and didn’t have to find parking. However our favorite part Hands Down was the POOL! It’s perfect for a family of all ages. We spent most of our time at the house because we enjoyed it so much. This is the place to stay if you want what you pay for. 100% would stay here again and again! PS we left some items behind and they promptly mailed them to us! Best hosts ever!!

It was our pleasure to be guests in this house, very close to two beaches, safe neighbourhood. The pool was a great replacement for the beach during the hot sunny days in Florida. Hosts (Ellie & Tim) were great, no issues at all – they have provided a lot of useful information during our stay, starting with warm welcome. bathrooms were new and cleaned well, A/C is running great, almost everything has been upgraded recently. We look forward to return again next year.

How often does a home welcome you in? Walk into Sea Salt and feel like it’s your home away from home. That’s your first impression. Not any one thing jumps out but it’s open, well laid out, well decorated, and in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Need more? Spend time lounging in chairs in the pool…yes, sit in chairs in the pool at the end of your day! We are definitely coming back!

Our stay here was exceptional! Everything was clean, neat, and tidy – zero clutter. I really loved how it was so beautifully decorated too, helps feel more like a home and made it so welcoming! The linens, pillows, and beds were all very comfortable. Big closets for luggage and hanging things if needed. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious as well. The pool area is gorgeous, with a wonderful screened in, eat in patio as well. The home is fully equipped for the beach and pool, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc… There is even a beach cart service that provides the area with rides back and forth! Bottom line, rent this home!

I highly recommend this place! It was tastefully decorated, had items to get us started (and then some), clean, and the location was perfect! Our family loved the area and really took advantage of Vanderbilt Beach which was a short walk/bike ride away. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and the grocery stores were conveniently only a hop-skip-and a jump away. The king bed in the Master Bedroom was super comfortable; I slept like a baby every night. Highly recommend this place for a couple or a family. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at this house which was very close to the beach. The house was spotless with lots of amenities and Ellie and Tim were wonderful hosts. We will be back for sure!
